However, the festival is not exclusively Greek. It also features works of international artists such as Rodrigo García, Elizabeth Marie, Jan Lauwers and Lola Arias among others. Summer Festivals in Greece: Folegandros Anemi Jazz Festival
The tranquil island of Folegandros has been a long-time favourite among artists and intellectuals who prefer this destination to other more cosmopolitan islands. The traditional character and genuine island spirit of Folegandros fuels their inspiration. At the end of July, and for three days, Folegandros welcomes an influx of Jazz sounds, starting with the boutique hotel Anemi Hotel which will be hosting the first event on 28th July: the musical duet Project Point 2, two cosmopolitan jazz composers, Petros Klampanis and Christos Rafalides presenting their own plus remakes of Jazz classics.
